Add slit green chillies, add sliced onions and fry till slight golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while to get rid of the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste. Allow it to cool and fluff it up with a fork to separate the grains. Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan.

- Firstly wash the rice and keep it aside.
- Next take a potatoes cubes and cauliflower florets wash twice and keep it aside.
- Heat the pressure cooker add puree ghee add all tempering ingredients (whole dry spices)when the seeds begin to splutter, add onion saute till a light brown.
- Add potatoes, cauliflower florets saute till a change pinkish colour.
- Next add all given spices and curd mix it well stir it few minutes, then add rice mix it properly stir it 3 to 4min on medium flame.
- Now add some mint leaves and as required water (approximately 1 1/4glass) now pressure cook up to 1whistles then reduce the flame.
- Enjoy it with mint chatney and curd rayta.
