- Now add 4 glasses of water. Bring to boil and add rice.
- Cook rice on high flames until water dries out now slow the flames. Cover lid and put on dum for 10-15 minutes
- Tadaaa yummilicious tahiri is ready. You can have it with raita, salad or desi ghee. I love to have it with desi ghee.
