  3. Phir ap is mein cloves,laung,shahi zeera,green cardamom,darchini dal kar mix karein phir ismai zeera powder,namak,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,biryani masalah dal kar achi tarha maslah bhonein jab tak oil separate na ho jaye
  4. Phir ismai yougurt shamil kar kay 2 mint tak mix karein takey yougurt ka pani dry ho jaye phir ismai alao dalein or 2 cup pani dal kar alao ko half cook honey deyen
  5. Phir ismai hari mirch,garam masalah,dhania dal dein or ache tarha mix karein aur tez anch par per oil alag hunay tak paka lein phir ismai pani kar mix karein or jab ubal ajaye tu tu ismai chawal shamil karein phir lemon juice dal kar mix karlein or tez anch per pani reduce ho janay tak paka lein
  6. Phir issay dhak dein aur halki anch per 10-15 kay liye steam cook kar lein mazedar tahri tiyar ha
  7. Biryani masalah optional ha agar ap dalna chachye tu dal lein warna nahi dalein bs biryani masalah dal nay say iska taste or acha ho gia ha
