  11. Take 3 cups water

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Crackle jeera in it. - Add chopped onions and saute till pink. - Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander paste to it. - Cook for a while and add all the veggies now.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add turmeric, chilli powder and salt. - Add rice and give a good mix. - Add 3 cups water (double the amount of rice) - Cover it with a lid and let it cook. - (it took me 10 minutes)
  3. When it gets cooked, add ghee and kewra water.. Cover it with lid again and let it rest. - Serve hot with sprinkle of garam masala… Enjoy with raiyta 😊
