  5. Boil till water evaporated. Now add Black Raisins and Khopra. Turn the flame low and cover the pan for few mins till rice is cooked well.
  6. Now in small pan add ghee. When ghee gets hot add elachi powder and Dry fruits and pour over rice.
  7. Serve hot Tahiri and relish it..
