- In a vessel boil water,add rice and yellow mithai colour.
- Cook 90% of rice,strain extra water,add sugar, green elaichi cover and keep on slow flame.
- Mix it with the back side of the spatula…so that rice grains do not break.
- After 10 mins keep Tehri on pre -heated tava for 5 mins or till sugar water is completely dissolved.
- In a small sauce pan heat ghee saute badam,pista till golden in colour.
- Pour this on Tehri
- Garnish with coconut pieces.
- Serve hot with ghee, Aloo Bhaji.
