- Separate the pineapple from it's juice saving both. In a medium bowl mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and Maple Syrup. Mix until all clumps are gone. Add the chunks of pineapple and mix in the glaze. Pour over the ham.
- Slice butter on top of ham. Cover. Halfway through cooking turn ham and spoon juices and pineapple over ham. Cook on Low for 8 Hours.
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, and add it over the ham. HOW TO COOK HAM IN A CROCK POT: Start by combining the butter and golden monk fruit sweetener in a small sauce pan or microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted and combined. Stir in Dijon Mustard and minced garlic until combined. Place the ham inside the slow cooker, with the cut side down. Just put your cooked ham slices in a slow cooker on the low setting along with some added liquid—more ginger ale will do, but you can give your leftovers a new spin and add broth, barbecue or hoisin sauce, orange juice or apple cider.
