- Drain the macaroni and add to the slow cooker pot with the haddock and sweetcorn. Pour over the sauce and stir together. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 2-3 hours
- Stir in the spinach, replace the lid and cook on low for 15 mins. Lift the pot out and stir in the remaining cheese. Serve with tomatoes.
Stir in cream cheese and grated cheese. I always use a crock pot liner when cooking cheesy foods in the crock pot, makes clean up a breeze. I also always under cook the macaroni so it doesn't turn into a mushy blob. If you need to speed up the cooking time you can melt all the cheese in the milk and cream before adding it to the crock pot, like picture above. Place the cooked macaroni into the slow cooker.
