- In a pot, add a little oil and 1 onion. Fry til translucent. Add Skuma and fry.
- Add salt and cook til almost done. 4 minutes should be enough.
- Add the Cooking cream. Let cook through..about a minute. Remove from heat.
- In another pot, put the liver to heat. Since you washed it, it'll cook in its own liquid.
- Once all liquid is cooked out, add oil and onions. Fry til it gets a nice brown colour.
- Add tomatoes and let them cook through n soften completely.
- Add salt n pepper. Add coriander and remove from heat. Enjoy.
